The role involves working with specialized equipment to ensure hard floors and carpeted surfaces are properly maintained, including tasks such as scrubbing, mopping, waxing, vacuuming, and spot cleaning. The housekeeper aids in waste disposal, furniture setup based on work orders, and assists with the movement and delivery of packages or heavy objects when necessary. The employment status for this position is part of a full weekly work schedule from Sunday through Thursday, with early morning and daytime shifts that provide work-life balance. • previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques is preferred
• ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment, and other necessary equipment
• ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
• may be required to maintain a valid driver’s license as a condition of employment
• must have a history of safe driving as noted through a motor vehicle record check if driving is required
