The role is that of a Housekeeping Associate, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, corridors, elevators, the pool, and health club areas within the hotel. The associate will be tasked with essential duties such as stripping beds, removing soiled linens, dusting furniture, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping floors, and reporting maintenance issues to supervisors. This role requires physical ability to walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for the entire shift and exert medium physical effort when moving objects. Additionally, the associate will deliver items such as irons, towels, and extra pillows to guest rooms upon request. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to a team that supports a memorable guest experience, focusing on keeping the hotel environment clean, safe, and welcoming.
