Midas Hospitality is currently seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to join the team at the Hilton Garden Inn located in Little Rock, AR. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that the Hilton Garden Inn and Midas Hospitality are known for. The Housekeeping Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring that hotel rooms and public areas meet brand quality standards by performing routine housekeeping duties efficiently and thoroughly. This position plays a significant role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests by attending to details such as bed-making, replenishing guest amenities, and maintaining cleanliness in bathrooms and common areas.
The job involves tasks such as sorting, counting, folding, marking, and carrying linens; making beds; replenishing guestroom supplies including coffee, glasses, shampoo, soap, and other amenities; sweeping and scrubbing bathroom floors; emptying wastebaskets; and scrubbing bathroom vanity, toilet, mirrors, walls, and bathroom fan. This hands-on role requires a person who takes pride in their work, demonstrates attention to detail, and values the guest experience. Working as part of a skilled housekeeping team, the Housekeeping Room Attendant will contribute to the overall look and feel of the hotel, ensuring that every guest enjoys a clean and pleasant stay.
