Duties include dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, shampooing carpets, cleaning and waxing floors, washing windows, as well as removing trash and emptying ashtrays. The Houseperson is also engaged in proactive communication by reporting maintenance issues or repair needs to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment. • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• ability to stand walk and lift for extended periods
