The Sous Chef is entrusted with actively supervising, coaching, counseling, directing, training, and mentoring kitchen staff to meet and surpass company quality standards. The Sous Chef significantly contributes to the effective and profitable operation of the business by overseeing kitchen operations with a hands-on approach and strong leadership skills. This full-time role offers competitive annual compensation ranging between $70,000 and $80,000.   • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar position with prior supervisory experience
