The Senior Aviation Auditor position at New Pacific Airlines is a crucial role within the Internal Evaluation Program (IEP), designed to ensure comprehensive audit and evaluation support across various operational departments including Ramp Operations, Cargo Operations, Passenger Service, Flight Operations, and Maintenance & Inspection. This role is remote-based with occasional travel to company locations and operational sites, providing flexibility while maintaining essential on-site audit responsibilities. The Senior Aviation Auditor is responsible for ensuring that all company policies, procedures, and practices are fully compliant with company manuals, federal regulations, and international aviation standards. They play an integral part in supporting the Safety Management System (SMS), promoting a strong safety culture, and driving operational excellence throughout the airline. In this position, the Senior Aviation Auditor will lead audits, identify hazards and unsafe conditions, support accident prevention initiatives, prepare detailed audit reports, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders to ensure corrective actions are implemented and tracked. The role requires high integrity, professionalism, and excellent communication skills to maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners while delivering constructive feedback.   • Must possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Auditor training and/or certifications such as ISO 19011, AS9100, IOSA, FAA-approved audit training, or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years auditing, safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance experience
  • Prior involvement with Internal Evaluation Programs, Quality Assurance Programs, or Safety Management Systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying engaged with a team
  • Strong understanding of FAA Part 121 regulations and ICAO standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with audit management systems, databases, and remote collaboration tools
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for on-site audits
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test
  • Fluent in English
