- Minimum one year of housekeeping experience
- good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry procedures
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform physical activities such as sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- willingness to work indoors on hard and carpeted surfaces
- ability to stand for eight hour shifts
- willingness to work under exposure to extreme weather conditions including cold and heat
