The role of the Service Manager at Bubba's 33 is pivotal to maintaining the high standards of service and operational excellence that the brand is known for. This position is responsible for overseeing all Front of House (FOH) daily operations, managing FOH employees, and ensuring that every guest receives legendary food and service. The Service Manager is expected to drive sales and guest satisfaction by leading with enthusiasm and a clear vision for success. This includes enforcing employment policies, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant, and providing comprehensive training to FOH staff.
