As a Club Cleaner Associate, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the club’s facilities. This is not just a janitorial role but a guest-focused position aimed at providing exceptional customer service and hospitality. The associate is responsible for detailed cleaning tasks including restocking towel shelves, wiping down trash cans, disinfecting restrooms, cleaning vanity areas, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and generally ensuring that all visible and behind-the-scenes areas meet the club’s rigorous standards. Beyond cleaning duties, this role requires the associate to interact warmly and professionally with members and guests, greeting them throughout the property and anticipating their needs with attentiveness and care. The Club Cleaner Associate will also have an active role in club events and training programs, demonstrating a willingness to engage with the team and contribute to the club’s vibrant community. The schedule may require flexibility including weekend and holiday shifts, days, or evenings.
