We are currently seeking part-time to full-time Greeters/Cashiers who are enthusiastic, customer-service oriented, and eager to contribute to the overall success of Castello di Amorosa on a day-to-day basis. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that are essential to ensuring that guests have the best possible experience when they visit. The Greeter/Cashier position is dynamic, often requiring you to assist guests at check-in for reservations, escort them to tasting areas or tour starting points, or manage transactions at the gift shop cashier checkout. In addition, you may help fulfill online orders and manage phone reservations. The role demands a friendly and professional demeanor, strong multitasking abilities, and the capacity to think creatively to solve problems quickly. Experience with handling cash and operating registers is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Successful candidates must demonstrate reliability, a positive work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. This role requires weekend availability and flexibility in scheduling, including occasional long hours or evening events. The position offers starting pay between $18 and $20 per hour, dependent on experience, and accommodates both part-time and full-time employment options.
