The role offered is that of an Inflight Training Instructor who facilitates the company's approved inflight training programs for flight attendants. This role is integral to maintaining the competence and readiness of the cabin crew, ensuring they meet all regulatory and company standards. The instructor will deliver the approved curriculum, conduct oral and written examinations, and participate in developing and maintaining training materials. The instructor also plays a vital role in internal and external audits, including those conducted by the FAA, TSA, IOSA, and DOD, ensuring the training program meets or exceeds all compliance requirements. This position requires both leadership and instructional skills, as the instructor will coach trainees, provide performance feedback, and make recommendations on employment status based on trainee effectiveness. The role demands a high level of professionalism, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage a dynamic, fast-paced learning environment. The instructor must maintain their own qualifications by regularly completing company-required training and recurrent sessions, ensuring they are always up to date with the latest policies and procedures. As part of the role, the instructor will also be involved in continuous improvement projects and special assignments that support the training department’s objectives. This full-time position includes travel requirements of up to 25 percent, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight stays to support training events and audits across various locations. Given the importance of regulatory compliance, candidates must pass rigorous background checks and maintain valid travel documentation.   • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of aviation and/or education or training experience
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office applications

  • No visible tattoos or multiple piercings while in uniform
  • Able to pass FAA 10-year work history and background checks
  • Possess and maintain valid US or foreign passport
  • Authorized to work in the United States
