The current role available is for a Housekeeper who will be a valued contributor to the community's operations. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various areas including apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices. This role demands a detail-oriented and reliable individual with the ability to adhere to scheduled cleaning routines such as daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. The Housekeeper will engage in a variety of cleaning duties including sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and rotating carpets and runners to ensure all areas are spotless. Moreover, the role encompasses sanitizing and polishing facility fixtures, scrubbing bath and shower tiles, maintaining woodwork and window areas, and managing the cleanliness and order of equipment and materials. This position also involves responsibilities related to community laundry services, ensuring laundry is collected, cleaned, redistributed, and that the commercial laundry area remains clean and sanitary.
