Offering a part-time Housekeeper position working 20 hours a week with a flexible schedule, the role requires availability during daytime hours and specifically finishes by 4:30 PM, with no weekend work expected. The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the community. This includes thorough cleaning of all common areas such as restrooms, dining rooms, corridors, elevators, and activity spaces as well as assigned resident apartments. By focusing on hospitality and customer service, the Housekeeper helps uphold the high standards synonymous with The Waters brand.
The responsibilities extend beyond cleaning; team members in this role collaborate closely with maintenance staff to ensure the building's overall upkeep, promptly submitting work orders and reporting issues to maintain a pristine and well-functioning environment. Furthermore, the Housekeeper manages supply inventories and chemical storage in compliance with safety guidelines, demonstrating accountability and attention to detail.                 - High school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred but not required
 - Previous experience in a related position preferred but not required
