  • Must demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellent guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
  • Must follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
  • Must serve alcoholic beverages according to proper procedures and state/federal regulations
  • Must have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties and spirits and be able to suggestively upsell products
  • Must pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size
  • Must check guest ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age
  • Must communicate cut-off to guest as required
  • Must listen and respond to any customer requests or concerns
  • Must be able to de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security as required
  • Must contact a management member if unable to resolve or make a decision beyond the scope of standard decision-making
  • Must request additional product or restock product as required
  • Must handle cash accurately and be responsible for issued bank at bar
  • Must maintain clean and sanitary workstation at all times
  • Must perform other duties such as set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization as required
