This position operates on a schedule from Saturday to Wednesday, 7 am to 4 pm, and offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $18.00 to $19.00, with additional bonuses possible based on individual and company performance. In this position, the employee is responsible for cleaning different areas daily, including the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant apartment homes. Consistent upkeep and freshening of units are necessary to present market-ready appeal to prospective residents. The role also involves supporting the make-ready process by assisting managers with tasks as needed. Vigilance regarding safety by reporting hazards and maintaining supply inventory are key components of the job to ensure smooth operations. Employees in this role must be physically capable of standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions. The ability to push, pull, or carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance is required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and respond to calls as needed, along with occasional travel for training or to assist other properties, is expected.
