The Housekeeper/Janitorial position at Parkwest Casino is a crucial role focused on maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout various casino areas, including gaming floors, offices, restrooms, lounges, and event spaces. As a Housekeeper/Janitorial team member, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining casino floors, furniture, glass surfaces, restrooms, and special event setups with high attention to detail. Duties will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waxing, and polishing of floors, thorough restroom cleaning and supply replenishment, dusting furniture and fixtures, and trash removal, including areas designated for smoking. The position also includes assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events and tournaments held at the casino's event center and conference rooms. This role requires the ability to work flexible hours including days, swings, graveyards, weekends, and holidays to ensure continuous operation and guest satisfaction. This role is vital in supporting the smooth function and high standards of Parkwest Casino's operations. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain and maintain a California gambling establishment employee permit or license.
