As a vital part of the housekeeping department, you will work under the guidance of the Director of Plant or Environmental Services or their designee to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients, staff, and visitors alike. The role plays a critical part in supporting the overall mission of Crestwood by ensuring that the physical spaces where recovery programs operate are hygienic, orderly, and welcoming. The facility itself is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) that provides psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of stay. The center offers specialized support, including culturally sensitive programming for non-English speaking clients, such as those who speak Vietnamese or Spanish. This thoughtful inclusion enhances the community's ability to offer meaningful recovery services tailored to diverse needs. The San Jose campus, home to the Crestwood Center San Jose Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF), is strategically located near local mental health services. The PHF boasts spacious living areas, including multiple living rooms, visiting spaces, dining rooms, a courtyard, and serenity rooms that collectively create a comforting atmosphere designed to foster hope, self-empowerment, and recovery. This full-time role offers both AM and PM shifts and comes with a competitive pay rate of $21 per hour. • High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year of housekeeping experience in long-term care or hospital setting preferred
