The role of Housekeeper 1 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort involves delivering exceptional housekeeping services that contribute to the overall guest experience. As a Room Attendant, this position requires maintaining the cleanliness and order of guest rooms by performing a range of duties such as making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming. The role also involves replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest amenities, ensuring each room meets the highest standards of hygiene and comfort. Guests’ special requests are to be handled promptly and courteously, reinforcing the resort’s commitment to outstanding customer service. Additionally, this role includes performing deeper cleaning tasks as required, managing housekeeping supply carts, and disposing of trash and recyclables. The shifts demand flexibility including full availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays to help meet the dynamic needs of the hotel and its guests.
