The position demands the ability to operate equipment safely and work independently without constant supervision. Loma Linda also emphasizes the importance of required certifications for this role. A Food Handler's Certification from San Bernardino County Public Health Department is required upon the hire date. For enhanced qualifications, SafeServ certification is preferred.
