We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time Housekeeper positions at AdventHealth Bolingbrook located at 500 Remington Boulevard, Bolingbrook, IL. This role is vital in maintaining clean and orderly environments within healthcare facilities, directly impacting patient experience and safety. The position involves performing various cleaning and maintenance duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, making beds, and managing trash disposal to ensure pristine conditions in patient rooms, hallways, and public areas. Housekeepers also respond promptly to requests and emergencies like spills or broken items, providing excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. The schedule offers flexibility with 1st shift availability, and specific days and hours may vary, details of which will be shared during interviews. This role requires a minimum of one year of housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to uphold sanitation and safety standards. Pay for this position ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, reflecting the value and expertise expected from our housekeeping team members.
