This full-time position, based in Santa Clara, operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring reliability and consistency in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort within AVE’s luxury apartment communities. The position offers competitive compensation at $20 per hour, with additional monthly or quarterly bonuses based on performance, alongside a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of employees. The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and presentation of AVE’s furnished and unfurnished living spaces. Responsibilities include performing both light and deep cleaning of one- and two-bedroom fully furnished suites, encompassing tasks such as bed stripping and making, vacuuming, cleaning laundry rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Equally important is the responsibility to prepare unfurnished apartments for new move-ins, ensuring they meet AVE’s exemplary standards before residents arrive. Housekeepers are also tasked with laundering linens and replenishing amenities and supplies, maintaining the cleanliness of housekeeping carts, laundry rooms, and employee break areas. This role requires a motivated, energetic individual with a 'can do' attitude, capable of delivering strong customer service and working collaboratively with onsite teams. Physical demands include light to medium lifting and pushing, with a flexible schedule that embraces weekend work when needed. Reliable transportation is essential to the role.
