We are currently seeking a Lead Receptionist / Residential Concierge to join our team. This full-time position plays a critical role in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment at both the Sur and Norte lobbies of our facility. As the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, the Lead Receptionist will manage multiple responsibilities including answering multi-line telephone calls, greeting and directing guests, responding promptly to emergencies, and coordinating transportation services. Additionally, this role involves orienting and training new reception staff to ensure high standards of customer service and adherence to policies. The Lead Receptionist also provides essential administrative support to the Director of Administrative Services, managing contact lists, scheduling meetings, and overseeing important systems like the SARA (PET alarm) system. This position demands exceptional communication and multitasking skills, along with a professional and courteous demeanor to cultivate a positive experience for our community members.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years of customer service experience
