The role of Housekeeper at Oakmont of Novato is a part-time position with a pay range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. This position is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and guests. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning all resident apartments, public areas, common areas, and workspaces and handling laundry duties for both residents and the community. The role requires someone meticulous, customer-service oriented, who takes pride in contributing to the lives of the elderly by keeping their living and communal areas neat and sanitary. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Criminal background check
• Health screening tests including physical and TB tests
• Compliance with COVID-19 or other communicable disease safety protocols including vaccination and PPE use
• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
