The Air Traffic Training Lead role at Parsons is a pivotal position within the Federal Solutions team. • Bachelor’s degree in aviation, education, instructional design, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in air traffic training or related aviation field
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
