The Air Traffic Training Lead role at Parsons is a pivotal position within the Federal Solutions team. This role focuses on managing the development, delivery, and assessment of comprehensive training programs designed to ensure the operational proficiency and readiness of personnel working within the National Airspace System (NAS).                 - Bachelor’s degree in aviation, education, instructional design, or related field
 - Minimum 5 years of experience in air traffic training or related aviation field
 - Demonstrated leadership abilities
