As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the community interior and residents’ apartments are kept in impeccable condition. Your responsibilities will include routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing common areas, dining rooms, hallways, patios, and residents’ private spaces. You will also be expected to perform detailed cleaning duties, including refrigerator maintenance, heat system filter checks, linen changes, deep cleaning activities, and laundry services. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor towards residents and staff. Additionally, the position includes server responsibilities where you will interact directly with residents, taking meal orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and ensuring proper sanitation of dining areas. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
