The Housekeeper position at Oakmont of Fair Oaks is a part-time role with a competitive pay range of $16.50 to $17.25 per hour. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of all resident apartments, public areas, common areas, and workspaces. The housekeeper is also responsible for laundry services for both residents and the community, ensuring a hygienic environment in line with the company’s mission, vision, and shared values. • High school diploma or equivalent
• at least 18 years of age
• ability to pass a criminal background check
• ability to pass health screening tests including physical and TB tests
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• prior housekeeping experience preferred
• willingness to follow company health and safety protocols including vaccination and PPE use
