The role offered is for a Housekeeper at Byron Health Center, a full-time position on the first shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, including every other weekend and holiday. The Housekeeping Aide plays a significant role in the daily operations of the center by providing meticulous cleaning services that uphold the highest standards of hygiene, in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. This role is more than just routine cleaning; it contributes directly to the health and well-being of residents by preventing infection and promoting a clean living space. Housekeepers at Byron Health Center are responsible for cleaning assigned resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas with a strong emphasis on respecting the residents' privacy and dignity. The position requires daily attention to detail, including washing beds and mattresses after resident discharge, disinfecting equipment and supplies, and maintaining orderly and clean utility and storage spaces.
