• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Some experience in a hospitality or senior community setting preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds
• Must have physical ability to perform duties including standing, bending, squatting, crawling, reaching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and twisting
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be able to work with hazardous chemicals
