Corewell Health is currently seeking a dedicated part-time Environmental Services team member for the Skilled Nursing facility located in Dearborn. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The position requires working 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with every other weekend off, thus providing a balanced schedule for employees. The pay rate starts at $15.12 per hour. As a member of the Environmental Services team, you will be responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks in assigned resident and ancillary areas in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures. Your efforts will ensure that the facility remains sanitary, odor-free, and fosters a home-like atmosphere conducive to healing and comfort. This role demands reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under moderate supervision. Your duties will include ensuring proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment to safely and effectively complete your assignments. Additionally, you will support your team by assisting fellow employees, residents, and their families as needed, contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.
