Currently, Willow Bridge is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join their team. This role is critical in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of the apartment communities the company manages. The Housekeeper will play a key role in ensuring that vacant apartments, leasing offices, clubrooms, and community areas are meticulously cleaned and maintained to high standards. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, trash removal, appliance cleaning, dusting, and restroom sanitation in office and common areas such as pool facilities and clubrooms. The Housekeeper will also ensure laundry areas are kept tidy by wiping down appliances and removing detergent residues. Adaptability is essential as this role may involve assisting with after-hours emergencies and other duties as assigned. Willow Bridge values candidates with previous housekeeping experience and strong attention to detail. The position requires physical capability, including the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and climb stairs regularly. Additionally, a valid driver’s license may be necessary.
