The full-time Concierge role at Capitol Concierge Inc. is integral to upholding this mission. This position is responsible for being the first point of contact and the welcoming face of each community, ensuring that the lobby and front desk are impeccably maintained and that every resident’s or guest’s need is addressed promptly and professionally. Working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, the Concierge will provide exceptional customer service, handle various administrative and light housekeeping tasks, and maintain community refreshment areas to create an inviting atmosphere. This role also includes responsibilities such as package management, answering phone calls, logging service requests, managing visitor parking, and responding to resident concerns, including noise complaints and emergencies outside regular leasing office hours.
This position demands excellent communication and organizational skills, a customer-focused demeanor, and proficiency in technology tools commonly used in building management, such as Microsoft Office Suite and preferably Building Link or Key Link. Full-time concierges at Capitol Concierge Inc. work a Monday through Friday schedule from 1:30 pm to 8:00 pm, donning a professional dress code that includes a black suit, white collared shirt, conservative necktie, and dress shoes. - 3+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred
