The role available at Solaris HealthCare Lake City is a part-time position, requiring 4 days of work per week, including weekend availability. This position primarily involves performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks within the nursing center and related facilities. Responsibilities include trash removal, laundry duties, furniture and floor cleaning, disinfecting commonly touched areas, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces. The role plays a critical part in upholding the residents' rights and safety by ensuring a hygienic and orderly environment. Additional responsibilities include replenishing supplies such as soaps, sanitizers, toilet paper, and paper towels, checking and cleaning stains, dusting areas such as bed lights, A/C vents, and exhaust vents, and reporting any damages found during cleaning to supervisors. Beyond cleaning, there may be additional duties such as assisting with laundry, floor technology tasks, and ensuring that cleaning products and equipment are properly replenished and stored at the end of each shift. The position demands a conscientious and dedicated individual who is willing to follow established procedures and contribute to a team-oriented workplace. With a high school diploma or equivalent required, experience in the healthcare industry is considered an asset but is not mandatory.
