This is a crucial position responsible for maintaining the property’s office, public restrooms, pool areas, and shared spaces, ensuring everything is clean, welcoming, and up to company standards. The role requires someone with at least one year of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hospitality setting, who can work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks. This position involves light cleaning duties in up to nine rental cabins daily—excluding beds and bathrooms—as well as scheduled twice-daily cleaning of showers and laundry areas. The Housekeeper will also perform routine tasks such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal throughout the property. Beyond the cleaning tasks, this position demands responsibility for tracking inventory of cleaning supplies and promptly requesting restocks to guarantee uninterrupted operations. The Housekeeper is tasked with monitoring the condition of the property and reporting any maintenance issues to management to ensure swift resolution. Open communication with the Property Manager and other members of the management team is key, as is a proactive approach to handling special projects and miscellaneous duties that may arise. Physically, the job requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds, sometimes in varying environmental conditions throughout the year. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, including availability to work weekends and holidays, ensuring the property remains pristine year-round. • High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of previous housekeeping experience in a hospitality environment
• Motivated and dedicated to serving customers and a job well done
• Must be able to maintain high standards and work safely
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be within commuting distance from the property
