The position available is for a House Attendant, an integral role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all assigned hotel areas and equipment. The House Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all public and guest areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and comfort to enhance guest satisfaction. This role not only requires maintaining cleanliness but also assisting guests with various needs such as delivering items to guestrooms, handling luggage, and managing lost and found items. The House Attendant will regularly buff marble floors, shampoo carpets and furniture, and complete special projects to support the Housekeeping Manager. Additionally, the role requires a readiness to handle emergency procedures, maintain proper working order of hotel equipment, and store equipment accordingly. This is an hourly compensated position that demands physical stamina, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented attitude.
