The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park involves providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This position is vital in ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival to departure by offering courteous assistance with parking, luggage, and other guest needs. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles safely and promptly, greeting guests warmly, assisting with bell services, providing directions, and facilitating guest inquiries. Beyond the practical tasks, employees are encouraged to engage guests through friendly communication, including using guest names and appropriate salutations, to make every interaction personal and professional. This is a part-time or full-time position with compensation that reflects experience and location, including a base hourly pay range of $9 to $10 plus $12 to $14 per hour in tips. • High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license for applicable state or commutable distance
• One month related experience and/or training or equivalent education and experience
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
• Strong customer service skills
