The role of General Manager at OHM’s Dallas/Fort Worth Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the property. This full-time position requires a motivated leader to manage staff, drive revenue growth, maintain operational excellence, and ensure a memorable guest experience. The General Manager will lead, train, and mentor employees, manage budgets, collaborate on sales efforts, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include conducting staff evaluations, managing progressive discipline, liaising with guests and vendors, and ensuring adherence to operational and brand standards.
The successful candidate will be adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining a professional demeanor. They should have strong analytical skills to measure business value and the ability to interact with various levels of customers and hotel management. This role also demands active participation in community representation and maintaining positive relationships with local organizations. A comprehensive understanding of hospitality operations, experience with Microsoft Office Suite and brand-specific property management systems, and the capacity to handle pressure while coordinating multiple activities are essential.
