The position available is a Hotel Front Desk Agent who will be responsible for registering and providing service to hotel guests. This is an hourly paid role that plays a crucial part in ensuring guests have a welcoming and smooth experience during their stay. Front Desk Agents at Sycuan are the first point of contact for guests entering the hotel and are tasked with delivering exceptional customer service, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, providing information about the hotel and resort amenities, and assisting with various guest needs.
Beyond registering guests, Front Desk Agents provide valuable services such as assisting with transportation, managing wake-up calls, facilitating room service requests, and informing guests about casino promotions, contests, giveaways, and concerts. They are expected to maintain professionalism at all times, handle transactions accurately, and secure confidential guest information. The role demands strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a welcoming, courteous demeanor to help resolve disputes and enhance the overall guest experience.
