The role offered is for a full-time Server position at Club Los Meganos within the Trilogy community. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant, bar, and patio setting where hospitality and customer satisfaction are paramount. Servers at Trilogy are responsible for delivering prompt and courteous service to guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that all dining experiences meet the high standards that the community is known for. Employees in this role interact with guests by greeting them warmly, taking and relaying orders accurately, and providing knowledgeable insights about menu items as well as other resort services. The position requires a team-oriented mindset, with close collaboration under the guidance of the Food & Beverage Manager and Lead Server.
This role carries a pay rate of $16.50 per hour plus tips, making it a competitive opportunity for individuals seeking hourly employment within the hospitality sector. Full-time team members, who work 30 hours or more weekly, are eligible for comprehensive benefits shortly after employment begins. Additionally, all employees 21 years or older can contribute to the company retirement plan after a short service period. The Server position is not only about food and beverage service — it entails engaging with guests, promoting the resort’s amenities and dining options, ensuring safety through age verification for alcohol service, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong customer orientation, multitasking abilities, and resilience under pressure. They will also be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, which are critical for hospitality services. The work environment is primarily indoors but may include outdoor events with exposure to weather conditions and natural surroundings. Physical demands involve standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and carrying trays, and maintaining attention to details in a lively and occasionally noisy atmosphere.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one to three months’ related server experience preferred
- must meet the state and federal minimum age requirement for serving alcohol
- current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification
- ability to understand and implement BSRG dining standards
- ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide including calculating discounts and percentages
- ability to contribute to a productive and friendly work environment by maintaining a positive attitude
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memorandums
- ability to speak effectively and present information to guests and team members
- must be able to pay attention to details and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
