The Front Office Supervisor role at JSK Hospitality plays a critical leadership part within the front desk team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations across one or more properties to ensure guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out. - Minimum 2-3 years experience in hotel front office or guest services
- At least 1 year supervisory experience
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems
