The Operations Associate position is integral to maintaining the high standards of service and operational excellence at the club. This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about hospitality and eager to contribute across various facets of club operations. Employment in this position is hourly, offering a competitive wage range between $19.18 and $23.00 per hour, reflective of experience and skill level. Operations Associates engage in a broad array of responsibilities including customer service, facility oversight, and maintenance duties. They are responsible for greeting and assisting members and guests, ensuring smooth daily functions at the club’s reception, café, pool deck, and parking garage if applicable, and maintaining cleanliness and inventory throughout the facility.

Further, associates support cleanliness and safety protocols across various club areas, from locker rooms and fitness areas to the pool deck and café, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment.
Physical demands of the role include frequently standing for extended periods, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and the ability to perform repetitive motions and light physical tasks essential for maintaining facilities.
