The Host/Hostess position at Hotel Nikko San Francisco is a pivotal front-of-house role serving as the initial point of contact for all arriving guests. This role is vital in setting the tone for the guest’s entire dining experience by providing warm welcomes, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and efficiently handling waiting lists.
