We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and capable Host to join our exceptional team of service leaders. The Host plays a vital role in ensuring that every guest receives a warm and sincere welcome, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. This role requires attentiveness to the overall first impression a guest receives, managing everything from greeting guests to handling reservations and seating arrangements with professionalism and care. The Host will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest service areas, such as the coat check, bathrooms, and other spaces that contribute to a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality as both a career and a profession. With a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, this position offers an opportunity to grow within a supportive and empowering team environment. Working knowledge of reservation management systems and prior experience in fine dining establishments are highly preferred, as is the ability to motivate and communicate effectively with both guests and team members. • 1-3 years of reservations or host experience in fine dining restaurants or similar caliber establishments
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Working knowledge of reservation management systems preferred
• Excellent communication skills
