In addition to administrative and supervisory responsibilities, this role demands active engagement in customer service, handling meal orders, managing drink stations, and ensuring resident satisfaction through attentive service delivery. The Host/Hostess will liaise closely with Care Partners, Medication Aides, and other Health Services staff to balance operational needs and maintain high service standards. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures is vital to the position. The role requires availability for full-time or part-time scheduling, including weekends as needed.
