We are currently seeking a dedicated, well-rounded, and safety-minded Corporate Pilot to join their team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity for a skilled aviator to lead private flight operations for esteemed corporate executives and key personnel. The role requires the pilot to manage all facets of aircraft maintenance, cleaning, scheduling, accounting, and training in addition to operating flights. The successful candidate will serve as Pilot in Command primarily for a Piper M600 or an equivalent aircraft, with potential opportunities to pilot a King Air 350. 
In this role, the Corporate Pilot will ensure passenger comfort and safety while efficiently handling luggage and other in-flight considerations. A crucial element of this position involves comprehensive flight and weather planning to guarantee smooth and secure operations. Additionally, the pilot will coordinate lodging and ground transportation scheduling to streamline every aspect of travel for the executives and IT staff. The Corporate Pilot is responsible for performing pre- and post-flight aircraft inspections to maintain operational integrity and conducting routine preventative maintenance to ensure aircraft safety and compliance. These duties require careful attention to detail and adherence to the highest industry standards.
The role demands a stringent focus on FAA Part 91 regulatory compliance and requires continuous training and certification upkeep. The pilot must also demonstrate an ability to plan and execute flights safely under varying conditions, often operating in a single-pilot IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) environment. Since most flights are same-day operations, there may occasionally be overnight or extended business travel of 2-4 days, during which the pilot will be expected to remain on location and support additional duties as assigned. This position calls for a highly self-motivated individual prepared to relocate within 30 minutes of the Nacogdoches, Texas airport to facilitate timely and efficient flight scheduling.

 - Recent actual instrument hours for single-pilot IFR operations
 - Ability to travel the occasional overnight or extended business assignment
