Housekeeper - $12 to $16 per HOUR

This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring the environment remains sanitary, welcoming, and conducive to the health and happiness of all residents. The housekeeper is responsible for various janitorial duties including cleaning restrooms, handling trash and recycling, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and maintaining supply areas. The role requires not only physical stamina and attention to detail but also a compassionate, patient approach, especially when interacting with seniors who may experience dementia or other aging-related behavioral conditions. • High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of related experience in residential or hotel cleaning preferred
• great customer service attitude
• ability to interact well with staff, residents, and guests
• knowledge of and skills in general janitorial and cleaning responsibilities
• ability to use janitorial equipment including floor scrubbing equipment and vacuum cleaners
• ability to follow written and oral instructions
• able to work independently or with others in the completion of assigned tasks
• must be willing to undergo a routine background check
