We are currently seeking a dedicated and engaging Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. From warmly greeting guests upon arrival to managing reservations and coordinating seating efficiently, your responsibilities will ensure a smooth operation and heightened guest satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills to effectively handle OpenTable reservations and respond to guest inquiries both in person and over the phone. You will also assist with special seating requests, support your team by helping with bussing or food running as needed, and maintain an immaculate host stand and menu area. Adherence to health and sanitation regulations and upholding THE ONE GROUP's high hospitality standards is essential. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality, a friendly outgoing personality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. Experience with reservation systems like OpenTable and prior hospitality exposure are preferred but not mandatory. The ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required. • Previous host or hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
