The role available is for a Food and Beverage Supervisor, a pivotal position within the food and beverage department of the casino. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee operations across multiple outlets including bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The supervisor will ensure that guests receive outstanding service while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. Their responsibilities will include supervising staff, coordinating between front and back of house teams, managing inventory and ordering, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and safety standards. Additionally, the supervisor will be instrumental in training and developing team members, handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the food and beverage offerings. This position requires a proactive leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. The Food and Beverage Supervisor must stay well-informed about menu changes, special promotions, and operational strategies to help enhance the guest experience and drive revenue. The role also involves administrative duties such as preparing daily reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance and collaborating with the Director of Food and Beverage to support business objectives. • High school diploma preferred
• 3-5 years of work experience in the field, with managerial experience preferred
• Proficiency in using personal computers and basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to follow instructions and perform assigned tasks with limited supervision
• Effective organizational and human relations skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Preferred knowledge of Micros POS
• HAACP, local state/county, or similar Food Handlers Certification is highly preferred
• Must apply for and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, including a lifetime FBI criminal background check
• Must pass drug testing as per the company’s Drug-Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks
