Currently, Fogo de Chão is seeking Hosts or Hostesses / Greeters who embody the values of hospitality, professionalism, and warmth. This role is crucial as it is often the first point of contact for guests and sets the tone for their entire dining experience. The Host / Hostess / Greeter is responsible for greeting guests warmly, assisting in managing the seating arrangements efficiently, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front lobby area, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed from arrival through to their farewell. This position requires the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously while working at a quick pace. It requires standing for long periods and the capacity to transport objects up to 25 pounds. Additionally, candidates must be flexible to work weekends and holidays to meet the restaurant's operational needs. Fogo de Chão offers competitive pay for this role, starting at $16.50 and going up to $18.50 per hour depending on relevant work experience. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time hourly team members starting the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
