This position demands excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Host is often the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience and ensuring smooth flow in the dining area. Responsibilities include coordinating seating to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort, answering phones, responding to online inquiries promptly, and assisting with the organization of private events. Additionally, this role involves addressing guest concerns diplomatically and upholding the cleanliness and organization standards of the dining room. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
