This position involves supporting bartenders and managers by setting up the bar efficiently before the shift begins and ensuring everything needed for service is readily available throughout. Barbacks are responsible for keeping the bar organized, stocked, and clean, which directly impacts the quality and speed of service for our guests. You will be an essential link between the bar team, kitchen staff, and management, helping coordinate efforts so that each guest receives timely and attentive service. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a barback or similar role is advantageous but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and organizational skills
